1. Checking the calendar:
- Each morning, the assistant should check and prepare the manager’s calendar for the day.
- Open the primary calendar and verify all scheduled meetings. Ensure times and participants are confirmed.
- Prepare concise briefs for key meetings 1–2 hours before they begin.
2. Managing incoming requests:
- Process all incoming requests—emails, messages, and calls.
- The assistant should check the inbox twice daily, filtering important and urgent emails.
- Respond promptly to urgent messages in messengers from key contacts.
3. Performing administrative tasks:
- Includes organizing meetings, handling documents, and booking travel arrangements.
- Ensure all meetings for the week are confirmed.
- Check and update necessary business documents.
4. Supporting personal matters for the manager:
- Similar to work-related tasks, the assistant may manage the manager’s personal errands.
- Handle personal errands related to the home, family, or event organization.
- Arrange purchases and monitor deliveries.
5. End-of-day planning:
- At the end of the workday, the assistant summarizes the day and plans tasks for the next day.
- Review task completion and send a brief report to the manager.
